We offer a full line of poly coated heat seal paper banding material. Our heat seal banding material can be used on nearly all automatic heat seal banding machines. Popular brands include Akebono, ATS®, MBO (Palamides), and Band-All.

Heat Seal Paper Banding Options:

Our heat seal paper banding materials come in a variety of materials, roll sizes, coatings, and printings.

Materials:

 Formulated to meet banding equipment requirements.
  • Bleached white kraft papers from 40# to 50#
  • Natural brown kraft papers from 40# to 50#

Roll sizes:

Produced to meet customer machine specifications. Common roll widths include 20MM, 25MM, 29MM, 30MM, 48MM, and 50MM

  1. Minimum width: 10 millimeters
  2. Maximum width: 30 inches
  3. Core material: fiber or plastic
  4. Core inside diameter: 1.5 inches, 2 inches, 3 inches, & 6 inches
  5. Roll Length: 500 feet to 7000 feet

Coatings:

 Polyethylene heat-seal coatings designed for heat sealing or ultrasonic sealing

 Flexographic up to 3 colors – additional charges for plates & artwork
