Heat Seal Coated Roll Stock and Flexible Packaging Materials

We offer a complete line of heat seal coated roll stock that is ideal for industrial, food, and medical packaging. 

We offer a variety of sizes and coatings to meet any roll stock needs you have.

Materials:

 Formulated to meet equipment sealing requirements
  • Bleached white kraft papers from 25# to 70#
  • 60# C1S bleach kraft
  • Natural brown kraft papers from 40# to 70#
  • 2 mil foil

Roll sizes:

Produced to meet customer machine specifications. 

  1. Minimum width: 10 millimeters
  2. Maximum width: 30 inches
  3. Core material: fiber or plastic
  4. Core inside diameter: 1.5 inches , 2 inches, 3 inches, & 6 inches
  5. Roll Length: 500 feet to 7000 feet

Coatings:

 Hot melt adhesives, Water base adhesive, Polyethylene heat-seal coatings 

Printing:


 Flexographic up to 4 colors – additional charges for plates & artwork
